DT Infrastructure is seeking a highly organized Health & Safety Administrator to join our project team in the NSW Upper Hunter Valley. You will be the administrative backbone of our HSE operations, ensuring safety protocols are communicated, documented, and upheld on a major renewable energy construction site.

This site-based role operates on a 14/7 roster with accommodation and allowances, and involves coordinating SWMS, Take 5s, risk assessments, reports while collaborating with

Qualifications

• Experience as HSE Administrator or similar in construction, energy, or engineering.
• Proficiency with data management, Microsoft Office, and document control platforms.
• Knowledge of SWMS, Take 5s, risk assessments and incident reporting procedures.
• Strong knowledge of HSE practices, compliance and industry standards.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• HSE Administration & Documentation: organize and store all safety documents.
• Track and report SWMS, Take 5s, and hazard logs.
• Assist in Project Plans and JSEAs/SWMS with safety and QA considerations.
• Ensure standards, formats and deliverable timeframes are met.
• Support compliance with health and safety regulations and policy updates.
• Prepare monthly safety movement and progress reports.
• Liaise with supervisors, subcontractors and staff on safety protocols.
