Evolution Mining is seeking a Senior Safety Advisor for its Cowal Gold Operation, near West Wyalong, NSW. You will be the site safety SME, providing visible field leadership, specialist advice, and hands-on support across a long-life operation.

You will lead investigations, drive proactive risk management, and ensure SHMS compliance. You will partner with operational leaders and the Superintendent for Safety, Health & Training to continuously improve safety culture, contractor safety, and risk

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Health & Safety or Risk are essential.
• Minimum 5+ years in mining or metalliferous operations.
• Proven experience in incident investigations (ICAM) and risk assessments.
• Ability to deliver visible field leadership and coach frontline teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across departments.
• Strong organisational skills and proactive continuous improvement mindset.

Responsabilités
