Medtronic is seeking a Senior Robotic Clinical Specialist for Australia and New Zealand. This fully remote, field-based role supports the launch, development, and expansion of robotic-assisted surgery programs across ANZ.

You will lead system implementation, prepare operating rooms and workflows, and deliver surgeon and multidisciplinary training. Travel up to 50% is required; a degree plus 4 years in medical devices and OR experience are essential.

Competenze

• Degree plus 4 years relevant experience with medical devices industry.
• Operating Room knowledge or experience.
• Demonstrated ability to move from idea to strategy to implementation and results.

Mansioni

• Lead the implementation of robotic-assisted surgical systems and digital solutions across ANZ.
• Collaborate with Field Service Engineers and hospital teams to prepare OR workflows for installation and use of the RAS system.
• Develop surgeon training plans and arrange proctored cases after training.
• Coordinate cross-functional training with CARE, EDUCATION, and other teams.
