Job summary

Respect is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse Coordinator for Derwent Views in Hobart to lead clinical governance and improve resident outcomes. You will coordinate quality systems and support safe, person-centred care across the home.

You will work with the General Manager and Care Manager, assist with audits, clinical documentation and staff guidance while promoting continuous improvement and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse with significant aged care experience.
• Strong clinical governance and quality systems knowledge.
• Proven ability to analyse clinical data and drive improvements.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance activities and documentation reviews.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and resident outcomes.
