Job summary

Respect is seeking a full-time Care Manager to lead care delivery at Derwent Views, Lindisfarne ( TAS ). You will work with the General Manager and clinical team to support staff capability and ensure residents receive optimal, person-centred care.

Applicants must hold current AHPRA RN registration, with aged care experience, and hold or be able to obtain National Police Certificate and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Strong clinical knowledge and experience in aged care.
• Experience leading, supporting or mentoring care teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a varied and demanding workload.
• Genuine commitment to quality care and resident outcomes.
• Current National Police Certificate.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
