Respect Tongala Memorial in Victoria is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse – Clinical Quality & Compliance Coordinator to lead clinical governance and outcomes. You will champion quality care, mentor teams, and drive continuous improvement across the residential aged care home.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee audit readiness, risk management, and staff development, ensuring person-centred care that respects residents’ dignity and choices while aligning with the Aged Care

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration.
• Residential aged care experience.
• Advanced clinical knowledge and decision-making.
• Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance.
• Experience in governance, auditing, risk management, and quality improvement.
• Strong documentation, clinical review, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical software systems.
