Job summary

PwC Australia is seeking a Risk Technology Systems Professional to join our Risk Consulting team. You’ll collaborate with Partners, Team Leaders, and client delivery teams to implement enterprise risk management systems for major financial institutions, blending business insight with technical expertise.

You will lead cross-functional teams, shape proposals, and manage risk-system implementations from initiation to delivery, while nurturing growth and agile delivery across onshore and offshore

Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience in Enterprise Risk System implementations in consulting environments.
• Strong skills in collecting and analyzing complex client requirements.
• Expertise in ServiceNow and RSA Archer architectures and best practices.
• Solid understanding of data architecture, process design, and OOP languages (Python, C#, Java, JavaScript).

Responsibilities

• Work with Partners, Team Leaders, and broader Advisory teams on projects to establish and build trusted relationships with client executives, management, and delivery teams.
• Deliver excellence and innovation in the implementation of enterprise risk management systems, addressing complex business challenges from strategy through execution.
• Manage teams (typically 5+ including onshore and offshore resources) to design, build, and deliver innovative risk management systems for major Financial Institutions.
• Establish and develop key client relationships, collaboratively generating insights, shaping proposals, supporting responses, structuring delivery engagements, and managing risk system implementations from initiation to successful client outcomes.
