Job summary

John Pearson Consulting Group – Rockhampton QLD is seeking a Senior Right Turn Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operational coordination of the Right Turn Risk-Response Bail Response Program for youth in the justice system. You will oversee referrals, risk triage, case allocation, staff workflow, court responses and safeguarding, guiding frontline practitioners.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in complex youth, family or community services casework.
• Strong leadership and staff coaching capabilities.
• Experience managing risk, safeguarding and complex escalations.
• Strong stakeholder and interagency coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate referrals, intake, risk triage and case allocation.
• Provide day-to-day workflow direction, practice guidance and case review support.
• Coordinate complex and higher-risk responses, court coverage and outreach.
• Maintain oversight of safeguarding, case-files quality, reporting and program performance.
• Build strong working relationships with Youth Justice and community partners.
• Coordinate and participate in rotating after-hours and on-call responses.
