Job summary

ASX is seeking a Senior Risk Governance Officer for a 1-year max term. You will support the Risk Governance Manager in maturing governance practices, set up forward agendas, and prepare minutes for executive and board audiences.

Qualifications

Experience in company secretariat or committee secretariat and/or risk governance.
Experience in working with Executive Leadership or Senior Leadership teams.
Strong ability to build internal relationships and collaborate across teams.
Excellent planning, prioritisation and deadline-driven delivery.
Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support the Risk Governance Manager to mature governance practices within the Risk Division and across ASX.
Set up and maintain Forward Agendas for committees and reporting requirements.
Prepare agendas and packs; write clear minutes for Executive, Board and Regulator audiences.
Review and maintain committee Terms of Reference.
Manage and report on actions from committees.
Support risk governance streams as part of the risk transformation program.
