Job summary

ASX is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to lead culture, accountability and risk capability across the enterprise. You will drive a significant uplift in risk maturity through the Risk Transformation Program and ASX Accelerate, embedding capabilities and pathways across the organisation.

Based in Sydney, this role partners with People & Culture, Line 1 businesses and governance forums to design, implement and measure learning pathways, capability frameworks and reporting that support senior

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in risk management, governance or related field.
• 7–10 years in risk, compliance or related disciplines within regulated organisations.
• Strong knowledge of second-line risk management.
• Experience implementing risk frameworks, governance, reporting, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience developing culture and capability frameworks and learning pathways.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and embedding of Enterprise Risk Management Framework components, including the Three Lines of Defence and Risk Culture.
• Design and embed enterprise risk capability frameworks and architectures.
• Develop Three Lines of Defence capability pathways linking role requirements with assessment and learning.
• Partner with People & Culture and business leaders to create learning pathways.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, change management and continuous improvement for risk transformation.
• Apply robust learning disciplines to deliver on-the-job application and sustained behaviour change.
• Establish measures to assess improvements in capability and behaviour and identify further support.
• Manage planning, delivery and governance of Risk Transformation initiatives and reporting to governance forums.
