Job summary

Alinta Energy is seeking a Senior Manager, Risk Change & Projects for a 12-month fixed-term role. You will lead the risk change, integration and project agenda across energy risk, enterprise risk, credit and compliance, reporting to the Chief Risk Officer.

You will partner with Executives and operational teams to scope, structure and deliver complex initiatives, including post-acquisition integration and organisation-wide change.

Qualifications

• Broad, multi-domain risk experience spanning energy and enterprise risk
• Proven ability to drive practical solutions for complex or ambiguous issues
• Excellent communication and ability to influence Executives and senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead the Risk function's change, integration and project agenda across energy risk, enterprise risk, credit and compliance
• Own end-to-end ownership of complex initiatives from scoping to implementation
• Partner with Executives, General Managers and teams to deliver outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement across risk frameworks, processes and reporting
• Manage multiple workstreams with deadlines and risks
