City FM Australia is seeking an elite Lead Technical RHVAC Mechanic to be the premier on-site resource for complex diagnostics, critical component replacements and advanced commissioning. This state-based role requires frequent travel to service supermarkets and new installations.
You will lead troubleshooting, execute precision replacements and oversee system upgrades while mentoring junior technicians and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.
Competenze
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on RHVAC diagnostics experience in supermarket refrigeration.
- Deep understanding of advanced controls, electrical schematics, refrigeration cycles and VRF/VRV systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of solving complex issues.
- Strong leadership and the ability to coach technicians on-site.
- Excellent communication skills with a clear focus on customer satisfaction.

- Advanced troubleshooting: diagnose and resolve complex RHVAC system failures.
- Precision component replacements: compressors, VSDs, valves and control boards.
- Commissioning and fault finding for new or retrofitted systems.
