Job summary

City FM Australia is seeking an elite Lead Technical RHVAC Mechanic to act as the primary technical resource for complex diagnostics, critical replacements, and overseeing advanced commissioning and upgrades. The role involves extensive travel within the state based on demand and requires leadership to coach other technicians.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years of hands-on RHVAC experience in supermarket refrigeration, with strong knowledge of VRF/VRV systems, CO2 and modern controls,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years hands-on experience in complex RHVAC diagnostics in supermarket refrigeration
• Deep understanding of advanced controls, electrical schematics, refrigeration cycles, and VRF/VRV systems

Responsibilities

• Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex RHVAC system failures
• Precision Replacements: Execute component replacements (compressors, VSDs, valves, electronic boards)
