• Demonstrates leadership capabilities across team leadership and individual contributor roles.

Responsibilities

• Undertakes complex evidence-based decision making in accordance with the Act.
• Deliver quality and responsive services to clients through the VAQ resources, policies, processes, systems and technologies.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient VAQ service delivery.
• Undertake comprehensive analysis and advise the Executive Manager on operational policy and legislative issues relating to VAQ service delivery.
• Represent VAQ at Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) hearings.
