Job summary

The Andersen Partnership in Sydney is seeking an experienced insolvency professional to join our fast-growing restructuring & advisory team. The role focuses on high-profile distressed matters and commercial advisory.

You will lead financial modelling, forecasting and investigations, coordinate multiple workstreams, and engage with clients and creditors to deliver value. The role also involves coaching junior staff and contributing to BD initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of insolvency/advisory experience.
• Strong commercial and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and client engagement ability.
• Ability to take ownership and manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Financial modelling, cash flow forecasting and feasibility analysis.
• Leading a diverse range of investigations and insolvency assignments.
• Developing strategic solutions to maximise recoveries and asset realisations.
• Coaching, mentoring and directing team members to ensure their development.
• Preparing reports and engaging with clients and creditors.
• Overseeing formal and informal insolvency processes and mitigating risk.
• Supporting business development and growth initiatives.
