Capitano in Carlton, Melbourne, is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead and supervise restaurant services, coordinate the front-of-house team during shifts, and set the standard for warm, professional service. • Solid experience in quality restaurants.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise restaurant services.
• Help coordinate the FOH team throughout the shift.
• Set the standard for warm, professional and efficient service.
• Support the training and development of junior staff.
• Work closely with the kitchen and management team during service.
• Help manage reservations, guest requests and larger bookings.
• Maintain presentation, cleanliness and service standards.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
