Brunel is seeking a Senior Resource Geologist to lead 3D geological modelling and Mineral Resource Estimates for WA gold projects. You will drive resource estimation, validation, and interpretation while coordinating with site geology teams on grade control and QA/QC initiatives.

The role focuses on reconciling models with production, communicating risks, and contributing to life-of-mine planning and budgeting. You will influence decisions on mine extension and future resource development.

Qualificações

• Tertiary qualification in Geology or Geoscience.
• Experience in mining or exploration geology, ideally within gold operations.
• Hands-on geological resource modelling and Mineral Resource Estimation.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and maintaining 3D geological models and Mineral Resource Estimates.
• Undertaking resource estimation, model validation and geological interpretation.
• Reviewing and improving resource models to support operational and long-term planning requirements.
• Working closely with site geology teams on grade control, resource definition drilling and QA/QC programs.
• Investigating reconciliation between resource models, grade control models and actual production results.
• Identifying geological uncertainty and communicating associated risks to key stakeholders.
• Providing technical input into mine extension projects, budgeting, forecasting and life-of-mine planning.
• Supporting resource reporting and maintaining geological modelling and estimation processes.
