Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant ICT qualification desirable.
• Microsoft certifications such as MTA, MCSA or MCSE are desirable.
• ITIL Foundation qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for system changes, projects and reports.
• Analyse requirements, design systems and resolve incidents that affect staff.
• Develop and maintain Resolve applications, including SQL Server code and reports.
• Provide technical advice on system settings, technical environments and infrastructure.
• Test new features, check data quality and identify practical improvements to systems and reports.
