Build resilience across a growing, technology-led organisation.
We’re working with a well-established technology business to appoint a Senior Manager, Business Resilience & Continuity.
This is a newly significant leadership opportunity for a resilience specialist who can bring together business continuity, crisis preparedness, technology resilience and third-party risk into a cohesive enterprise-wide capability.
You’ll work across the organisation to understand where critical services and dependencies sit, identify potential points of failure and ensure the business is prepared to respond when disruption occurs.
This is a role for someone who enjoys operating strategically while still being close enough to the detail to make things happen.
You’ll take ownership of the organisation’s resilience and continuity agenda, working with senior stakeholders across Risk, Technology, Security and the wider business.
We’re looking for someone who has already operated at a senior level within business resilience, operational resilience, business continuity, disaster recovery or crisis management.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile resilience agenda within a technology-led organisation and have a genuine impact on how the business prepares for, responds to and recovers from major disruption.
You’ll have significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to shape the organisation's approach rather than simply maintain an existing framework.
