Job summary

Gujjar Construction Pty Ltd T/A Elante Homes in Sydney’s Northwest is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a full-time, permanent role. You will coordinate all aspects of residential construction projects, ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery, and maintain clear communication with clients and consultants.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering and at least three years’ experience leading residential builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related field.
• Minimum three years’ experience in construction project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead and manage construction teams, including subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilisation of resources.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet project specifications and company standards.
• Ensure all construction activities adhere to relevant safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
