Job summary

Elante Homes is looking to hire a full-time permanent Construction Project Manager to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering residential construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the construction process, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining effective communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. You will also collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are achieved. Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to project specifications, quality requirements, and safety standards will be an important part of the role.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related field.
• Minimum three years' experience in construction project management.
