Job summary

Elante Homes, part of Gujjar Construction Pty Ltd T/A Elante Homes, is seeking a Construction Project Manager in NSW to oversee residential projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors and clients to meet timelines, budgets and quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least three years’ experience, and proven ability to manage safety, compliance and stakeholder communication on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing residential construction or custom home building projects.
• In-depth knowledge of residential construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in project management and construction software, including MS Project, Procore, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor and adjust project schedules as needed to ensure timely completion.
• Team Management: Lead and manage construction teams, including subcontractors and suppliers.
• Budget and Cost Control: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilisation of resources.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet project specifications and company standards.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all construction activities adhere to relevant safety regulations and company policies.
• Client and Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
