Qualifikationen

• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in relevant fields.
• Experience can substitute formal qualifications: min 3 years.
• Minimum 1 year in residential care or similar role.
• Experience delivering person-centred care for individuals with complex needs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day care and support in residential care while upholding dignity and choice.
• Assist with activities of daily living, meals, household tasks, and community access.
• Support residents to achieve personal goals and social inclusion.
• Follow individual support plans, behaviour and risk management plans.
• Monitor wellbeing, record observations and report concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with colleagues, families and allied health professionals.
• Ensure safety and confidentiality; comply with legislation and organisational policies.
