You will be experienced, skilled and qualified for the role, with responsibilities spanning client assessments, training, support planning, progress monitoring, and referrals to support services.

The position requires AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma, or at least three years of relevant experience. Salary ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 plus superannuation.

Qualifications

• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma OR At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for formal qualifications.
• Commitment to client training needs and support assessments.
• Ability to liaise with agencies and promote community resources.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop educational training and support programs.
• Assess and identify client difficulties.
• Monitor and report client progress.
• Refer clients to support agencies.
• Assess resources for health, welfare, housing and services.
• Liaise with community groups and government bodies.
• Support families and provide care for children.
• Supervise and help youths address social, emotional and financial problems.
• Prepare funding submissions and reporting as necessary.
