Job summary

The University of Queensland is seeking an experienced Senior Research Coordinator to apply advanced rehabilitation expertise within the CogCap project in Queensland. You will oversee research activities, drive recruitment, co-design, data collection and ensure ethics compliance, contributing to meaningful outcomes for people and communities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Allied Health Sciences with relevant experience.
• Expertise in evidence-based cognitive rehabilitation and rehab practice.
• Experience in acquired brain injury multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience liaising with industry partners and training.
• Skills in quantitative and qualitative data collection and management.
• Experience in implementation research or ability to learn quickly.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Undertake advanced research activities using specialised rehabilitation expertise.
• Establish, monitor and manage protocols, recruitment, co-design, and data handling.
• Ensure ethics compliance and maintain detailed records and notes.
• Contribute to outputs, reports and manuscripts; support junior staff.
• Part-time 60% FTE, fixed-term to 29 September 2028 at HEW 6.
