Job summary

The University of Queensland is seeking a casual staff member for the School of Nursing, Midwifery and Social Work at Herston. You will develop and coordinate regulatory submissions and support project delivery across multiple sites, ensuring governance, ethics and GCP compliance.

You will maintain trial management systems, coordinate stakeholder activities, and assist with data collection, analysis and reporting. This role requires excellent communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Nursing, Medicine or related field or Diploma with relevant experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Well-organised, methodical and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and maintain regulatory submissions for multi-site clinical research projects.
• Support project establishment by coordinating stakeholders, meetings, recruitment and engagement activities.
• Maintain clinical trial management systems, data collection, cleaning, entry and reporting.
