Qualifikationen

• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years' experience across power, renewable energy or major electrical infrastructure.
• Proven utility-scale project delivery and construction experience.
• Strong understanding of HV substations, transformers and HV/MV systems.
• Experience managing contractors, construction programmes, commissioning and energisation.
• Strong commercial and contract management skills, including variations and claims.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Understanding of Australian electrical, construction and network standards.
• PMP certification.

Aufgaben

• Lead delivery of utility-scale renewable energy projects from construction mobilisation through commissioning.
• Manage EPC contractors, OEMs and specialist subcontractors.
• Oversee HV substations, transformers, HV/MV systems and balance of plant.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, construction and commissioning activities.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, variations and contracts.
• Drive construction readiness and resolve delivery challenges.
• Collaborate with engineering, commercial, procurement, HSE and operations teams.
