Phillip Riley Projects Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join the leadership team. You will drive and lead a team of engineering staff to design, deliver projects and maintain assets across the operation.

The role involves managing budgets across diverse projects, leading maintenance and project teams, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and engaging internal and external stakeholders to achieve manufacturing and commercial outcomes.

Formación

• Strong coaching, reporting and communication skills
• Minimum of 1 year experience

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of engineering staff to design, deliver projects and maintain assets
• Oversee budgets across projects including new installations, energy efficiency, upgrades
• Lead maintenance and project teams
• Ensure adherence to guidelines and regulations
• Report expenditure, perform analysis and budgeting
• Hands-on project management and preventative maintenance strategy
• Engage internal and external stakeholders
• Foster psychological safety, inclusivity and diversity
• Collaborate with global group entities for optimal solutions
