All Energy Contracting (AEC) is a leading multi-disciplinary construction contractor focusing on renewable energy and power infrastructure. Headquartered in Brisbane, we deliver large-scale projects across ANZ, including solar, wind, BESS and HV infrastructure.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead major renewables projects valued between $50M and $800M, overseeing program, cost, risk, safety and client relationships across the full delivery lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline.
• 10+ years’ experience in project management, ideally within EPC, construction or major infrastructure.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale projects valued between $50M and $800M.

Aufgaben

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of major renewable energy EPC and Balance of Plant projects.
• Take ownership of project program, budget, cost control, forecasting and overall financial performance.
• Manage contracts, variations, claims and other commercial matters.
• Build strong relationships with clients and act as a key point of contact throughout the project.
• Lead and manage subcontractors, consultants and delivery partners.
• Coordinate civil, electrical, mechanical, engineering, procurement and construction activities.
• Establish project management, construction, environmental and traffic management plans.
• Coordinate planning approvals, permits, authority requirements and stakeholder interfaces.
• Lead project mobilisation and ensure the team, resources and procurement are ready for construction.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and create a positive, accountable project culture.
• Provide clear and regular project reporting to clients and senior leadership.
• Drive a strong focus on safety, quality, delivery and continuous improvement.
