Job summary

Neoen Australia is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end renewable energy project development in Western Australia. The role covers solar, wind, or energy storage projects from concept through to notice-to-proceed, coordinating internal teams and external partners to meet timelines and budgets.

You will engage landholders, authorities and communities, manage feasibility studies, schedules, risk, contracts and reporting to ensure successful project delivery in a dynamic energy

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end renewable energy development projects.
• Experience with utility-scale solar, wind, or energy storage projects.
• Ability to engage landholders, authorities, and communities.
• Strong scheduling and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of renewable project development from site identification to notice-to-proceed.
• Engage with landholders, stakeholders, planning authorities, project owners, Traditional Owners and the local community.
• Conduct site feasibility analyses including resource and network constraints.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using advanced project management tools.
• Coordinate between internal teams, external contractors, regulatory agencies and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on design optimization and construction methodologies.
• Lead project meetings and reporting on status and milestones.
• Oversee preliminary and detailed engineering design phases with external consultants.
• Track permit conditions and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Monitor market conditions and maintain project financial assumptions.
