Job summary

Multicultural Consulting Services Pty is seeking a seasoned Project Leader to drive a major renewable energy infrastructure delivery in Melbourne, transitioning to site leadership at Mortlake, Victoria. You will shape delivery strategies, coordinate design, planning and commissioning, and ensure safety and commercial outcomes.

Take ownership from planning through completion, lead cross-disciplinary teams, manage budgets and contracts, and advance cleaner energy with a growing project pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience managing major infrastructure, energy or renewable projects.
• Solar or renewable generation experience is highly regarded.
• Understanding of early contractor involvement, construction and commissioning.
• Strong contractual judgement and experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Relevant qualification in engineering, construction management or a related field.
• Ability to move from collaborative office planning to hands-on site leadership in Mortlake.

The Opportunity

Take a renewable energy project from early contractor involvement through construction and commissioning. The position begins in Melbourne during planning and design development, then moves to a site leadership role in Mortlake, Victoria.
