HTS Constructions Pty Ltd – Perth-based, full-time Project Manager role to lead remote construction projects across regional sites in Australia. You’ll own projects from planning through demobilisation, supported by an experienced team and a culture that values delivery.

Based in Perth with monthly site travel, you’ll develop plans, schedules and budgets, coordinate engineers and site teams, and oversee logistics from mobilisation to demobilisation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction project management, preferably remote/regional infrastructure.
• Experience delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Familiarity with modular building or commercial construction is a plus.
• Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or similar) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Create and present comprehensive project plans, schedules and budgets to stakeholders.
• Develop and review construction methodologies and workpacks with engineers and site teams.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across site and office to hit project objectives.
• Plan resources, rosters, costings and schedules to meet the program.
• Oversee logistics of mobilisation, execution and demobilisation for remote projects.
• Support onboarding, performance reviews and succession planning.
