Job summary

HTS Constructions Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead remote construction projects from planning through to demobilisation. You will balance head office responsibilities with on-site leadership across remote locations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction project management, a degree in Construction Management or Engineering, and certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction project management across remote/regional infrastructure, civil works, or resources and defence sector projects.
• White Card (Construction Industry Induction Card) is required.
• Formal project management certifications PMP, PRINCE2 or Cert IV in Project Management.
• Familiarity with Integrated Management Systems IMS and ISO Standards.
• Broad experience spanning estimating, tender participation, FIFO team mentoring, logistics, technical and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage remote construction projects from planning through demobilisation.
• Develop project plans, schedules and budgets for stakeholders.
• Coordinate site and head office teams to meet objectives.
• Plan resources, rosters, costings and schedules to align with the program.
• Oversee mobilisation, execution and demobilisation for remote works.
• Support onboarding, performance reviews and succession planning.
