Job summary

Glencore McArthur River Mine is seeking a senior Reliability & Planning Superintendent to lead the reliability and planning functions for a substantial mobile equipment fleet. The role focuses on translating strategy into disciplined execution and improving equipment availability in a dynamic mining operation.

You will lead capable technical teams, challenge the status quo, and influence asset strategy across maintenance and operations.

• Senior maintenance leadership experience in a mining operation.
• Proven ability to translate maintenance strategy into disciplined execution.
• Strong focus on asset availability and defect elimination.

Responsibilities
