A leading financial institution is seeking an experienced Associate Director / Senior Relationship Manager to join its high-performing Corporate Banking team in Sydney. This role offers the opportunity to manage and grow a portfolio of established and high-growth corporate clients across a diverse range of industries. Working with businesses typically generating banking exposures between $10 million and $100 million, you will provide strategic banking solutions while helping clients navigate growth, investment, acquisition and working capital opportunities.

The successful candidate will inherit an attractive portfolio within a high-growth patch and play a key role in driving both client outcomes and portfolio expansion.

Key Experience

• Experience in Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Institutional Banking or Business Banking.


• Demonstrated portfolio management and business development capability.


• Strong credit analysis and structuring skills.


• Experience managing corporate clients with exposures ranging from approximately $10 million to $100 million.


• Ability to engage confidently with senior executives and business owners.


• Strong stakeholder management and deal execution capability.


• Proven ability to identify and originate lending and broader banking opportunities.
