Rehab Management in Perth, WA is hiring a Rehabilitation Consultant to support injured workers on their return-to-work journey. This permanent, full-time position offers office-based work with hybrid arrangements and a salary based on experience plus superannuation.

You will collaborate with doctors, employers and insurers, conduct assessments, and develop graduated return-to-work plans. A tertiary qualification and registration are required to ensure high-quality care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Masters in Psychology.
• Registered with ASORC, AASW or AHPRA.
• Australian working rights and a valid Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Support injured workers throughout their recovery and return-to-work journey.
• Collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to coordinate recovery.
• Conduct assessments and prepare clinical recommendations and reports.
• Visit workplaces and develop graduated return-to-work plans.
• Liaise with doctors and treating health professionals about suitable timeframes.
• Educate employers on injury prevention, workplace wellbeing and sustainable outcomes.
