Arriba Group, Rehab Management division, seeks a Rehabilitation Consultant based in Perth, WA to support injured workers toward safe, sustainable return‑to‑work outcomes. This permanent, full‑time role offers office-based duties with hybrid working arrangements and a salary based on experience plus superannuation.

The position provides incentives, extensive leave, a professional development allowance, flexible working, and additional employee benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor-level or higher qualification in rehabilitation-related field is required.
• Registration with a relevant professional body is required.
• Eligibility to work in Australia and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Support injured workers throughout recovery and return‑to‑work journey.
• Coordinate with health professionals, employers and insurers.
• Prepare clinical assessments and recommendations.
• Visit workplaces and develop graduated return‑to‑work plans.
• Liaise with doctors on suitable timeframes.
• Educate employers on injury prevention and wellbeing.
