Tweed Shire Council is seeking a Senior Registered Surveyor to lead the surveying and geomatics function, delivering cadastral, boundary and land development services across infrastructure and community projects.

Based in Murwillumbah, this permanent full-time role offers a base salary of AUD 139,175 to 154,647 plus 12% super, a 70-hour 9-day fortnight, a lease vehicle, and development opportunities with flexible work options to support work-life balance.

Formación

• Bachelor of Surveying and NSW Registration required.
• Extensive experience in boundary surveying, land ownership and conveyancing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery of surveying, property, engineering GIS and spatial data services.
• Provide expert professional advice on geomatic engineering and boundary determination.
• Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders, government agencies, developers and consultants.
• Oversee property portfolio management, acquisitions, disposals and development matters.
• Manage engineering geospatial data systems and GIS resources.
• Lead, mentor and develop surveying staff and contribute to budgeting.
