SurveyPlus | Orion Group in Sydney is seeking a Registered Surveyor to join our Sydney Office. You will work on cadastral and subdivision surveys and manage projects from design to construction using latest tech.

The role requires BOSSI registration, NSW subdivision knowledge, and proficiency with Total Stations, GNSS, and 3D Laser Scanners. We offer a supportive team culture, flexible work options, and opportunities to travel on iconic projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Surveying (or equivalent) in land development.
• Current BOSSI registration as NSW Registered Surveyor.
• Solid knowledge of NSW subdivision process and LRS regulations.
• Proficient with Total Stations, GNSS, and 3D Laser Scanners.
• Valid Australian driver's license.
• Commitment to quality, teamwork, and client service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cadastral and subdivision surveys across diverse sites.
• Oversee and manage projects from design to construction completion.
• Liaise with clients, councils, consultants and government agencies.
• Implement and uphold quality standards for all work.
• Supervise and mentor survey team members.
• Support process improvements and surveying systems.
