Job summary

Respect Group is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse for Coroneagh Park in Penguin, TAS. This full-time role focuses on clinical governance, quality improvement, compliance and delivering person-centred care to residents.

You will work closely with the General Manager and Care Manager to support audit readiness, clinical documentation and ongoing service improvement across the home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration.
• Residential aged care experience.
• Advanced clinical knowledge and assessment skills.
• Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Experience in clinical governance, audits and quality improvement.
• High-level documentation and clinical review skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and clinical software systems.
• Current National Police Certificate and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

About You

This role would suit an experienced aged care RN with strong clinical judgement, advanced assessment skills and confidence supporting quality systems in a residential aged care setting.

You will have:

• Bachelor of Nursing.

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, AHPRA.

• Demonstrated experience in residential aged care.

• Advanced clinical knowledge and assessment skills.

• Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.

• Experience in clinical governance, audits and quality improvement.

• High-level documentation and clinical review skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient computer and information management skills, including Microsoft and clinical software systems.
