Job summary

New South Wales Premier's Department is seeking a Senior Regional Coordination Officer to drive complex policy and multi‑stakeholder projects across Western NSW. Based in Dubbo or Bourke, you will unite agencies, Aboriginal organisations and communities to deliver practical regional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience developing, managing and delivering complex projects or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding regional communities' opportunities and challenges across Western NSW.
• Experience working across organisations, agencies or sectors to achieve shared outcomes.
• Understanding government processes and operating in complex environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear briefings and advice.
• Proven ability to build productive relationships and navigate differing priorities.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex policy, project and coordination work to support delivery of Government priorities across NSW.
• Bring together agencies, Aboriginal organisations and stakeholders to drive practical solutions and outcomes across the region.
• Engage directly with stakeholders across Western NSW to implement initiatives.
• Review and align initiatives with youth justice, community development and regional development goals.
