This leadership role offers autonomy to grow our government portfolio, uncapped commissions, and the option to work remotely or from our Canberra office.

You’ll own your P&L and may pursue equity options while expanding our federal government client base. We value a seasoned recruiter with a proven track record in government-focused recruitment

Senior Government Recruitment Specialist – Business Development Focus

Elliott Gray is a 100% female-owned, locally operated boutique recruitment firm based in Canberra. As an SME, we’re uniquely positioned under the Commonwealth Procurement Rules to become a leading partner to the Australian Government, and we’re looking for an experienced professional to help us make that happen.
