Job summary

Fetch Recruitment is seeking an experienced Account Manager/Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead the SA Civil Trades and Labour desk in Adelaide. You will own the candidate pipeline, build durable relationships with skilled workers, and drive strong billing performance from day one.

The role offers a competitive salary of 90k–100k+ AUD, super, and commissions, with future team commissions and growth opportunities within a national agency.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of recruitment experience in Civil Trades.
