Job summary

Fuse Energy is building a fully integrated energy platform and is scaling rapidly. We are seeking a Senior/Lead Recruiter (Infrastructure) to hire across Grid Interconnection, Data Center Project Development, Land Acquisition, and High-Voltage/Substation Engineering.

As a trusted talent advisor, you will develop sourcing strategies, screen for technical excellence and culture fit, and drive high-velocity interviewing and offers in a competitive energy market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technical or energy infrastructure
• Experience filling upstream roles like Grid Interconnection, Data Center, Land Acquisition, or High-Voltage Engineering
• Proven ability to attract niche, competitive engineering talent in a local market
• Capable of partnering with hiring managers as a trusted talent advisor
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication to engage senior professionals
• Experience with modern ATS, pipeline reporting, and data-driven recruiting

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored sourcing strategies to engage top-tier talent from data center and grid sectors.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical excellence and cultural fit.
• Lead high-velocity hiring processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Negotiate offers and close top talent in competitive markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, needs, and timelines.
