Job summary

Fuse Energy, a forward-looking renewable energy startup, is seeking a Senior/Lead Recruiter (Infrastructure) to build our physical infrastructure team in Australia. You’ll lead sourcing for Grid Interconnection, Data Center Project Development, Land Acquisition, and High-Voltage/Substation roles, partnering with leaders to shape the workforce of a growing energy platform.

You will run fast, data-driven hiring processes, close niche engineering candidates, and advocate for candidates and managers

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting in tech or energy sectors.
• Experience filling Grid Interconnection, Data Center/Renewable projects, Land Acquisition, or HV/Substation roles.
• Able to close niche engineering candidates in competitive markets.
• Partner with hiring managers as a trusted talent advisor.
• Strong relationship-building and communication across org levels.
• Experience with ATS, pipeline reporting, and data-driven recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored sourcing strategies to engage top-tier talent from data center operators, renewables, and power sectors.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical excellence and cultural alignment.
• Run high-velocity, high-quality hiring processes and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Negotiate offers and close world-class talent in infrastructure and energy markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, hiring needs and timelines.
