Job summary

Fuse Energy is building a next-generation energy platform and is expanding its team to support rapid growth in infrastructure development. We are seeking a Senior/Lead Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring for Grid Interconnection, Data Center, Land Acquisition, and High-Voltage/Substation Engineering roles.

You will partner with senior leaders to define sourcing strategies, drive recruitment velocity, and closely align talent with business goals in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience running full-cycle recruitment with a focus on technical or energy infrastructure roles.
• Proven track record filling upstream roles in high-growth or startup environments.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers as a trusted talent advisor.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored sourcing strategies to engage top-tier talent from data center, renewable energy or grid sectors.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical excellence and cultural fit.
• Run high-velocity, high-quality hiring processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Negotiate offers and close candidates in competitive infrastructure and energy markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, hiring needs and timelines.
