Job summary

Fuse Energy is seeking a Senior/Lead Recruiter (Infrastructure) to scale our physical infrastructure footprint, covering Grid Interconnection, Data Center Project Development, Land Acquisition, and HV/Substation Engineering. You will build tailored sourcing strategies, screen top talent, and drive fast, high-quality hiring in a fast-growing renewable energy startup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, focused on technical or energy infrastructure in high-growth startups.
• Experience filling upstream roles: Grid Interconnection, Data Center/Renewable Project Development, Land Acquisition, HV/substation Engineering.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and candidates as a trusted advisor.
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels, from engineers to executives.
• Strong written and verbal communication with data-driven recruiting practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored sourcing strategies for data center operators, renewable energy developers, and power/grid sectors.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical excellence and cultural fit.
• Run high-velocity hiring processes; drive pipeline activity and post-interview debriefs.
• Negotiate offers and close top talent in competitive infrastructure markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, needs, and timelines.
