Klaviyo in Sydney is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will build relationships with leaders across the organization and own the full-cycle sourcing, interviewing and offers, driving a candidate experience aligned with our data‑driven approach.

You’ll leverage analytics to improve hiring processes, adopt AI tools, and partner with go‑to‑market teams in APAC. 5+ years of recruiting experience and Australian work authorization are required.
