Job summary

Klaviyo in Sydney is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team. You will build relationships with leaders across the organization, own the end-to-end recruiting process from sourcing to closing offers, and influence hiring decisions that shape the company’s growth and culture in APAC.

You will use analytics to improve efficiency, maintain an outstanding candidate experience, and stay at the forefront of AI-powered recruitment tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally supporting high-growth or scaling sales organizations
• Deeply people-centric, empathetic, and relationship-driven
• Data-informed and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Energized by challenge and motivated by continuous personal and professional growth
• Able to balance exceptional candidate experience with ambitious hiring goals
• Early adopter of AI and continuously explore new tools and workflows to improve your effectiveness as a recruite

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting from sourcing to offers with exceptional candidate experience.
• Improve processes using data and AI tools to streamline recruiting.
• Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure alignment and trust.
• Be an ambassador for Klaviyo and make a strong first impression for candidates.
