Job summary

Trilogy Care Pty Ltd in Brisbane is looking for a senior React Native engineer to help shape a new age-tech mobile app for aged care. You’ll own mobile architecture, collaborate across frontend and backend, and advocate AI-assisted development using Claude Code to accelerate delivery.

You’ll ship high-quality native apps, mentor teammates, and drive testing, performance, and platform-specific considerations. Hybrid work with a strong, real-world impact on families.

Qualifications

• Production experience with React Native ships to stores.
• TypeScript daily use with strong type system.
• Mobile architecture depth: navigation, OTA updates, push notifications.
• Experience with AI-assisted development daily.
• REST API design and consumption.
• Automated testing with Jest/Detox/Maestro.
• Mentoring through code reviews and pairing.

Responsibilities

• Own the solution and drive architectural decisions.
• Design approach for mobile app in formative stage using AI tools.
• Build with Claude Code as part of daily workflow.
• Ship features with automated tests, reviews, and releases.
• Raise the bar through code reviews and mentoring.
